This condo is gorgeous. I mean G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S! And I guess that is to be expected as this condo is a former model.

Everything that is the “in” thing design-wise, this condo’s got. We are talking light grey walls with wide plank wood-style flooring and stone tile. Tall baseboards, accent walls, granite counters, and a wonderful architectural design.

But what do you get with this beautiful design? More than you would expect out of a condo, that is for sure.

You get three (3) great sized bedrooms, one of which has a builtin desk, storage, and murphy bed!

You also get two-and-one-half (2.5) bathrooms, a wonderful family room off the kitchen that has a fireplace. and a kitchen that is a great size with lots of cabinets, bar seating, and a small informal dining space that is separate from the more formal space at the front of the unit.
